A new artist joined us! (Patreon)

Hey guys!

This week one of the job applicants surprised me with the renders above. I saw potential in this guy, so I recruited him. I’m excited about how he’ll impact the team’s overall productivity over the next week.

We still have another job position to be filled and I’m testing new people. I’m working a lot to find the right people to fill this position. Until there, it’s better to have a hole in the team instead of an asshole on the team.

Recently the render and animation production is going better than I expected. It might be the changes we did last week paying off.

With the new artist and the new systems, I’m optimistic about how much we’ll accomplish as a team. It feels like we are a snowball rolling down the hill, gaining more mass and speed with these changes.
