Okay I decided to make this post serparately from the art as I feel it's a bit much to handle. Also editing what I said, cause I noticed how messy, confusing it was shared to you guys.

I haven't gotten a migraine today, since I found some migraine tablets (pretty strong ones too), which seemingly helped a lot with sharp pains I get frequently.

In addition, I realised it had something to do with possible underlying stress, on top of sinus issues. This weather seems to be the cause of it too (i think), cause the weird thing is I haven't had a migraine in a long time, never had one in June, July, August but this month it just decided to commit violent to me. Also, on the caffeine thing, it isn't excessively reduced, I still have my coffee but not as much as I used to. The certain foods too, didn't cause my migraines, It's been a run back and fort for me to figure out what was causing it

My head is a bit clearer but still has that funny feeling, especially when I wake up from a nap but not in a bad way, no dizziness or feeling nausea. My movitation tho is gradually going up again to the point that I'm able to get back to work on the smaller projects. Which is a good sign. I'm feeling better again.

I'm not the best at explaining, but I try my best to come clear to my updates on my health.
