Sister Dupree is one of the Coalition's enforcers and a good one. She's responsible for bringing people in or dealing on the spot 'street justice'. She's also quite studied in Coalition history and bylaws. 

Her current assignment has her paired with Magistrate Moreau and her ongoing investigation of Luna Masters. (duh-duh-DUHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH)

Ah, the Colossu project. Check out the most recent one sheet for Lorraine as well as the last movie (Cerberus Station). That is the one where we discover that Lorraine is a Colossus type growth and she has the ability to growth super large. There are also misc. bits around about Colossus being a merging of a battery type and a generator type. There aren't too many more details beyond that BUT we are learning more as things go forward. OH YEAH!
