OK, whenever I do one of these posts I feel the need to immediately qualify the statement with "A lot of those pages are, how shall we say,  ROUGH!?!?!" (translation:  $h1t art) hahahahaha

That said - I was looking over the latest comics and checking out how far we have actually come. A rough tally puts us at over 4000 pages of Growth Lab stories. That's JUST the Growth Lab stuff and does not include the redraws or other stories done by me.

I want to take a moment to thank all the readers of that wonderful mess I call a comic. When I started drawing it back in the early 00's I never thought it would go very far. Longtime readers might remember the HUGE gap between issues 6 and 7. There was a point were I put it aside and didn't ever want to draw another page. At that point in my life there were a lot of real world things happening and I didn't have the time to or desire to draw a lot.

Times change!

Years later I did start up GLab 7 (end of 2007 I think) and  got back on it. The really turning point was going all digital with GLab 13. Not having to scan my art, the better drawing tools and the easy comic lettering all added up to making the production a lot easier for me. Digital was a huge improvement for a lot of my proportions (though your mileage may vary on how much YOU think I improved).

So here we are in 2020, thousands of pages in the books and more to come. I plan on continuing with the series and ideally there will be some nice additions to the storylines and a lot more fun to come.

Thank you again for reading, checking out or otherwise noticing the work. My hope is somewhere in those 4000 pages you found a few panels worth a look and perhaps got a chuckle or two from them.

Talk with you soon and I appreciate your support!

Is that 4000 on the site now or 4000 including upcoming pages?
