2019.11.22 Animation Tier Update (Patreon)

Hey all and thank you ESPECIALLY for being part of the Animation Tier at the Patreon. A lot of the work I have been putting in recently has been to bring you as much amazing transformation animation as I can. I wanted to pass along good news about where we're heading in the immediate future.

COLOR ANIMATIONS ARE HERE

It took a while but we are heading towards full color monthly animations. It's happening a bit faster than I thought it would too! For the month of November I expect over half of the animations to be in color and we should continue quickly to full color every month.

I'll be frank and say I don't expect December to be full color. I do expect to be MOSTLY color if not all color by early 2020. There are still a lot of little things happening with the coloring that make me hesitant to promise too much. As you will recall, for this month I was only promising one segment and now we will have much more than that. 

As Color enters the scene we will see the run times drop then likely climb back up

So it's pretty obvious color adds an additional process to the work. This entire month has been about finding shortcuts and techniques to minimize the impact on the run times. I want to make LONG animations and I want you to get the maximum bang for your Patreon dollar.

Still, it's not a free process! That said, I think we will be seeing the animations times start creeping back up as I get better with the process.
