It's me, Ben, from the podcast Boonta Vista. As all of us are well aware, next week will mark not only the 250th free numbered episode of Boonta Vista, but also 5 years of quality podcasting. As a surprise to my fellow hosts and also to you guys (but slightly less now, because of this message), I'm putting together something special and I need your help.

What I want from you is a short audio recording of you describing your strangest habit, weirdest behaviour or most socially awkward thing that you regularly do. Think along the lines of Theo's "no longer normal" intro in the bonus episode The Cousin Trap.

Ideally I'd like a studio quality recording BUT considering you're probably not a nerd, I will also accept something you've recorded on your phone / laptop / wax cylinder / whatever you have at hand.
