I know it's like almost two years since you posted this, but I just gotta say, I taught/tutored a safety engineering course at uni for like 5 years and almost every (I would sat straight up every) major incident of the like to Byford dolphin is because the company puts revenue before safety. I was glad to hear the discussion about how it was the company's fault for not keeping tech up to date and overworking their people. Anyway, you're all great, thanks so much for your episodes :)
