Hey Gearheads!

We had an amazing October content-wise, but a difficult one tech-wise.  Apologies for the missed update, but there was a ton going on behind the scenes.  My render computer died, so I've been using my main computer to render, which means I can't do heavier tasks like animation tweaking or any Unity stuff.  I've been dreading spending money to fix the old computer, hoping I could hold out for an update instead, but I need to bite the bullet and get it sorted out.  Especially since I need the render time and to free up the main computer for upcoming projects.

We hit a big milestone with our POV series.  Though POV has generally shifted from gaming to video (for cross-platform compatibility), we're still looking for ways to push the boundaries.  One such project, that had been in the works for over a year was the Raven vs Eromancer animation.  The nearly 7-minute animation is full of dialogue and has 5 different sex positions.  You can check out the VR version HERE or the desktop version HERE.  It's one of our big 3 animations of this type and moves the needle forward, quite a bit.

The next one in the series is an attempt to get the production time down while keeping the quality high.  It features Korra from Avatar and we've finally tightened up things on the animation side.  So the desktop version will be coming out next week and the VR version will be soon to follow, though it'll take a considerable amount of time to render the 3k+ frames of the sex animation.

Aside from the BIG projects I've been experimenting with ways to big you guys animations that normally wouldn't work in VR or more interesting ways to view animations.  That's where the voyeur closet and box angles came from.  I hope you guys enjoy those as a change of pace and a new genre to embrace when you're in the mood.

Now that Korra VR is ready to throw up on the render farm and let to bake for however many weeks it takes, it's time to jump back into the Huntress Hole.  One of the developers we follow just released a new default scene, so we'll give that a try and see if it's a stable cross-platform fit for us.  The last one didn't work so great for teleporting and continuous movement together.  Aside from that, we need to work on optimization, including finding a modeler/dev to help us optimize the furniture pieces for each room.  The rooms themselves are very optimized but can be tightened up even more by baking the lighting into the textures as well.  So, we def. have our work cut out for us, but once we get over these big humps, that'll progress us a decent way to the next hurdle.

The Patreon integration into the website has been going great!  It's such a relief to have that going since Patreon could drop out at any moment and if it does you guys know where to go.  If you haven't tried it out, it's the absolute best place to go for previewing the VR video gallery.  The help I had for the gaming side sort of flaked out, so I apologize for the mess and confusion on the gaming side, but we're aware of it and trying to get it resolved.

On a positive note, we're now looking into the next step forward for the website as far as features and functionality.  So, the web dev and I will be looking into a VR video player to play videos straight from the site and WebVR for Unity for gaming content directly through the site as well.  I'm not sure how long it'll take, but it'll be a great addition when it's done and we'll be testing it out with you guys all along the way.

We're going to be pushing to bring back more gaming content, like the quickies and some quest content, so we'll be running polls to get updated info on everyone's gear and an update on everyone's preference for the gaming projects like continue the crawl with the Huntress Hole or focus on smaller easier to manage projects until the funding levels support the big gaming projects.

We're ever-expanding out artist connections so we'll have content coming from such great artist like KissX, Xordel, Wanksy and Cummingham.

Behind the scenes, we've been slowly working on a mascot and I think she's finally ready to make her debut.  I'm really happy with how her design came out and think she'll be a nice suprise.

November should prove to be another interesting month and I hope you're looking forward to it as much as I am.  Welcome to all the new people and I'll see you on the other side.
Stay tuned!
