Well Gearheads, we gave it the old college try.  Working day and night to get the new system up and running.

We really want to help keep things fresh and keep you from getting bored with the current POV format.

Changing up the girls helps everyone get a chance to catch the character they've had their eye on, but we get that using the same animations can get a tad...predictable, to say the least.

That being said this new system is intended to breath new life into the POV series as well as allow more time to work on the bigger project with the RWBY Trainer on the Space Station.  It looks like it's still going to take more tweaking to really get it up and running, so we won't make the weekend goal.

Fortunately though we were able to get the bonus experience with Cinder to hold you over.  I hope you guys this new format is a awesome as it appears to be on our end, but we're flexible too, so if things don't quite turn out to plan we have lots more ideas loaded up to try.  Either way, it should make for an interesting next couple of months.

Aside from all the extra time spent on getting the new POV system up and going one of the biggest hold ups with the space station is the controller integration.

The system we've used for our foundation in the past has been unstable for quite some time now.  There have been constant updates to the game engine, VR tools and such and they've been completely rebuilding their system as well, leaving the older version sort of, well...broken.

The good news though is that they are suppose to be releasing their new system this month.  It's suppose to be much more optimized and customizable.  So this means great things for us all around.  They are also making it less VR dependent.  So it should help with NonVR integration as well.

I'm really excited about the possibilities this has opened up and we're in talks with a local programmer that could potentially help take us to the next level!
