Patreon Policy Changes Content Update (Patreon)

Well, I've gone through and sanitized the hell outta Patreon. I've gone back several years, which is a lot when posting at least twice a week and I still have quite a bit to go, but the goal is to remove "from Patreon" anything that they could flag as a violation of the rules.

Why?

Along with the recent changes, some of the most significant content flags are for petite characters (regardless of age) and perceived violence / non-con. So if a character is slight of build, tied up or having any kind of rough action, there is a chance Patreon will straight up shut someone down. No warning, no discussion, just suspended. Project Helius is huge, they have transitioned to prep for steam release of their game and have recently hit 1 million wishlists. They were just taken down for at least a week due to 2 petite characters. I do remember some of their animations being borderline non-con from way back in the day, though it was closer to rough sex than non-con imo. Crisis Beat had like 1200 paid members and they were just taken down and told they could appeal after waiting 3 months. Imagine your boss at work saying you screwed up so you can't come to work or get paid for 3 months! Sounds like they aren't going back to Patreon, but that's a long road to rebuild their audience.

What does it mean for you?

I've mentioned this a couple times, but Patreon isn't the best place to preview content. There are lots of places out there with much better formatting for archive previews. One of the Patreon rules is not to link to something that violates the rules, which is why they've been going after peoples twitter as well, but if you google "vranimeted" it'll be really easy to find a more complete preview of previous content.
