What's so hard to believe? I haven't heard a lot of these songs either. They obvi play different songs in different areas. I go to a lot of black events, restaurants, etc. and they aint playing this type of music lol pretty sure dee has the same experience, I've seen her vlogs

I think you’re taking my comment a little bit too literal. I wasn’t saying at black events or restaurants, I was just saying some of those songs were so big they were hard to escape.

And I think you missed the point of my comment: these songs were not hard to escape at all when you primarily go to black events. If that's what she's mainly going to, she's not gonna hear them. Not trying to argue though just adding dialogue, have a nice day

I go to primarily black events & am not a fan of pop music at all, that doesn’t mean I’ll never hear pop songs. You hear them at the mall, commercials, grocery stores, etc.. songs like old town road, say so, the box are examples of songs that are hard to escape.

You do realize to actually recognize these songs you would have to hear them over and over again though right? I listen to my own music at the mall, grocery store, etc...don't listen to the radio and only stream tv (so no commercials)...so I'm sure that contributes to me not knowing mainstream pop songs. It's just so weird to be in disbelief of what someone doesn't know of as if they live the same exact life as you lmao but ok sis

I didn’t know some of these songs either and I listen to damn there every genre 🙄 but we both said “bitch” when that damn Rebecca Black song came on...like why?? But for why?? 😂

i’m pretty sure the rebecca thing was an experiment. people will purposely put out cringe shit and do cringe shit to go viral so then everyone knows their name and that gives them a platform to do more. like danielle bregoli. if you look up rebecca black now, she’s actually a good singer...
