Hey I know this isn’t your fault and I don’t really mind I’m just curious. But if i joined one of your tiers on the 30th of October then why am I getting charged again on the 1st of November, thought you have to pay 10$ a month. I technically just paid 20$ for 3 days.

Hey Gabby, not sure why you didn't DM me. But you are charged at the time of joining as well as on the first of every month, regardless of what date you join. This is stated clearly at the time you sign up, it isn't even hidden in any "terms of service" or anything sneaky...it's literally right on your screen before you hit confirm (it tells you that you'll be charged that day and that you are charged on the 1st of every month). All Patrons across this platform are charged on the 1st of the month.
