About Payment system :D (Patreon)

Hello. I was going to announce the character I'm going to draw this month.

안녕하세요. 원래는 이번달에 그릴 캐릭터를 발표하려고했습니다. 

But I think I need to announce important changes first.

하지만 그 전에 중요한 변경 사항을 먼저 공지해야 할 것 같아요.

Until now, the sponsorship method has been "the payment will be made from the 1st of next month if patron starts the sponsorship."

지금까지의 후원방식은, '후원을 시작하면 다음달 1일부터 결제가 이뤄지는 방식' 이었습니다만.

Starting 18th May 2021, the sponsorship process has been changed to "the payment is made immediately from the moment patron became a sponsor."

2021년 5월 18일부터, '후원자가 된 그 순간부터 바로 결제가 이뤄지되도록' 후원 절차를 바꿨습니다.

If I change it like this, the payment will be made immediatly, so patrons can receive this month's reward right away, and in the next month, the automatic payment will be made on the 1st of next month.

이렇게 바꾸면 후원을 시작하시는 즉시 결제가 이뤄져서 이번달 리워드를 바로 받아보실 수 있으며, 다음달 1일에 자동 결제가 진행되므로 다음달 리워드도 자동으로 결제가 이뤄지게 됩니다.

Those who were originally sponsors don't have to pay much attention to this change. The payment has already been made this month, and the payment will be made every early month as you have been did. :)

원래 후원자였던 분들은 별로 신경 안쓰셔도됩니다. 이번달에는 이미 결제가 되셨고, 앞으로도 매 달 초에 결제가 이뤄지실테니까요. :)

The reason I changed it like this is because...

이렇게 바꾼 이유는

It's because my Patrion's sponsorship payment process was too complicated for those who started sponsoring first.

새로 후원을 시작하신 분들에게 제 패트리온의 후원 결제 절차가 너무도 복잡했기 때문입니다.

I think there were about 3 to 4 inquiries every month about the fact that you didn't get the reward for the month you started sponsoring.

'후원을 시작했음에도 후원을 시작한 달의 리워드를 받지 못하신 것에 대해' 문의 메시지가 매 달 3~4건 정도 왔던것 같아요. 

Whenever I answered this inquiry email, explaining my Patreon's payment method, I thought How can I make this easier to change the payment process.

이런 문의메일에 대하여 제 패트리온의 결제 방식에 대해 설명하며 답변을 드릴 때마다, 뭔가 결제 절차를 더 편하게 바꿀 수는 없나 생각했습니다.

But today, I found out that there was a function called "You are charging patrons up front" that I didn't have when I started Patreon (or I couldn't read because I wasn't good at English..haha...).

그런데 오늘 알아보니, 제가 패트리온을 시작할때는 없었던(아니면 제가 영어를 잘 못해서 읽지 못했던..하하..),  "You are charging patrons up front"라는 기능이 있더라구요.

This function makes "the payment at the moment you become a sponsor", and "from next month, the payment will be made on the 1st."

이 기능은 위에 말씀드린 '후원자가 된 그 순간에 결제가 이뤄지고, 다음달부터는 1일에 결제가 이뤄지도록' 만들어주는 기능입니다.

I activated this function.

이 기능을 활성화 시켰습니다.

Until now, Those who started sponsoring could not receive the rewards of the month that started sponsoring, but from now on, new sponsors will be able to receive the rewards of the month he started sponsoring immediately.

지금까지는 '후원을 시작하신 분'이 '후원을 시작했던 달의 리워드'를 받을 수 없었지만, 앞으로는 새로이 후원자가 되신 분들도 후원을 시작한 달의 리워드를 즉시 받아 볼 수 있게 바뀌는거죠.

Once again, you don't have to pay much attention to the patrons who were originally sponsors.

다시한번 말씀드리지만 원래 후원자였던 분들은 별로 신경 안쓰셔도됩니다.

From this month, it will only be changed to upload the reward link directly to the posting.

단지, 이번달부터는 포스팅에 직접 리워드 링크를 업로드 하는 방식으로 바뀔 뿐이에요.
