Next Monster Girl Set (Patreon)

The Arachne are finished and thus Volume 3 of the Monster Girls will be completed. The Arachne took longer than expected, but I can assure you, now that I have 2 artists dedicated to the series, you can count on less time between updates.

With Volume 4 on the horizon we have to do another poll. This poll will not only determine the next update, but also influence the entire set of 3 that will be done next, since I am looking to create themed Volumes if possible going forward.

So lets look at the options, shall we?

Gan Caenn (Dullahan)

Keeping my finger on the pulse, I did notice that Dullahans have been enjoying quite some popularity as of late. Challenge for me would be to create distinct subraces for different flavors. So instead I had the idea of taking a step back to create an overarching monstergirl where the Dullahan will comfortably fit into: the Headless. The Gan Caenn will contain the Dullahan (who had their head severed and holds on to it), the Objecthead (who replaced their lost head), and the Headless (who lost their head and was unable to replace it).

As an important note: this update would feature only 3 subraces in total upon release and be planned to release in the same Volume as the following.

Cursed Weapon

A cursed weapon would be quite out of the ordinary and may solely rely on the pun "Knaifu" that I came across, but whatever. The cursed weapon is a sentient weapon whose sentience transcended its limitations and is now able to assume a humanoid form. Be a weapon to be wielded, be a person with metal bits, it's your choice! Subraces for the Cursed Weapon would include different types of weapons from which you originate and would be currently as follows: Elegant, Powerful, Missle.

As with the Gan Caenn, the Cursed Weapon would also be limited to 3 subraces and would be part of the same themed Volume.

Mandragora

As a matter of fact, Chikki suggested this one as something they'd be interested in drawing, so I am adding this one to the poll as compensation for forcing them to draw so many spiders.

The Mandragora would be among the more classic monster girls and come with the expected perks for all who want to play a lovely plant person with cool avenues for character design! The Mandragora would have the following subraces: Alraune, a poisonous yet beautiful flower person, the Shrieker, a humanoid based on the titular mandragora, Flow Kelp, inspired by both the titular monster girl as well as the shambling mount monster, and the Dryand, the very straight forward tree-person.

Merrow

Another requested classic monster girl that faces the issue of being very aquatic - but no worries, I would figure out a way to make this player race not necessarily bound to the water. The Merrow comes in the following Subraces: Siren, the typical mermaid with an alluring song, the Mershark, a predatory and strong variant of the merrow (pointy teeth included), the Kraken, for people who prefer tentacles over fish tales, and the Aboleth, a Merrow with a big helping of that eldritch spice people love.
