An announcement that is no longer necessary (Patreon)

So funny thing about last week. I worked very hard on an announcement for a new project going that I wanted to do in video format.

Literally, a few hours before I wanted to publish the video on social media WotC announced not only that they lay off the OGL, but also will add the entire SRD to their creative commons license.

The OMG was supposed to offer a free alternative to the monster manual and the SRD... by putting it under a creative commons license. Basically WotC's announcement made the whole OMG project no longer necessary. This is not a problem! This is all good news for all of us.

But it just means for me personally that all the work i put into the OMG so far and the announcement are moot. So... sorry if there will be one week of updates missing.

At least I got to flex my video making skills. I figured I might explain the situation here on patreon after I talked about it on the discord and share the (now no longer necessary) video.
