Fun fact: Red Auerbach actually wanted Tommy Heinson as head coach of the Boston Celtics in 1967. But Tommy Heinson refused the job due to his fear of not being able to get along with the often grumpy bill russell. Since Bob cousy/Bill Sharman was also unavailable, he offered the job to Russell.
