This month will be focused on adding new content. I want to get at least one new area added, so the poll this month will be which dungeon I work on


Caves, midgame dungeon with a new boss focused around bats

Sewers, early dungeon that will expand the blacksmiths questline

I feel that the early game is very challenging when you have very little stats and then are thrust against very hard foes

yeah I have some ideas for early game enemies that are low XP but very easy to help with the early game

Will either options be treated as a dungeon or a whole new area? Also, since both are enclosed areas would the rooms scale for larger players the deeper they go (like in the old world dungeon)?

theyre going to be dungeons, but I have a system in place for preset dungeons. So there will be like a "story" version along with the random gen stuff.

Never thought I'd be voting _for_ a sewer level, but....somehow it feels right.

yeah I know not the most original thing but I can include an entrance in town and Delta Tango made some really good looking models for it

I'm worried about how a sewer level would play once you get to bigger sizes, like will there be a ceiling? Will the camera start clipping through the walls a bunch like in the forest level? And It'd be nice if the core gameplay was a little more polished before new levels were built. That being said, I'm not a game dev, and I don't know your creative process, so best of luck with future content!

It's mostly to help you build stats to get a foothold on the open world. but if you wanna go back there is always the slider to make you small again
