Npc villain to my Arknights/death stranding inspired dnd campaign, taking place on a future alternate earth.

’’Ovathrill was born with the characteristics of a venomous snake in a Italian human vault where she became the test subject for the residents who wanted to take back the surface from the hybrids by unsuccessfully trying to revert her reptile side. As a teenager she was found not far from the vault that was discovered with every resident dead, with the cause being oxygen system fail and with the vault door jammed, if she was the cause is unknown. Her true name was not found in the vault files where she was simply known as Subject Contra. As an adult she became know as Operator Ovathrill, specialising in infiltration and espionage until she turned mercenary after many attempts to help her broken mind.’’
