Someone have some issues

I hate to say it, but I'm no longer rooting for this couple. This is almost text book manipulation, trying to make him feel shitty about going to college, and making him feel like he has no friends but her so he'll feel bad about "leaving her". It's clear she has abandonment issues, and I'd bet money she had feelings for him for years but never told him. And now she blames him for going away before she could tell him, and is trying to "punish" him. It's good writing, don't get me wrong, but I can't bring myself to feel bad for her given how she's treating him right now.

Sorry for that. I thought so as well while finishing this part, My intention was a momentarily fit of anger for her that was supposed to be mean but kinda became more than just that. I know it is toxic behavior but I'm trying to tone her down, sorry.
