The waifu returns! This time wearing one half of a shirt and at best one fourth of a skirt! Would you believe that in all 76 or so episodes of Zoids Chaotic Century Fiona had all of one fan service moments? Conversely Shimakaze from Cancolle was exclusively made up of fan serve moments. There was never any non fan service moments. There is a strange dichotomy between these two in character and personality and their presentation is a complete opposite. They are ripe for a crossover, or repeated cross overs and it was super fun to make it happen.
