No  Kats were harmed during the creation of this image. She slipped away,  got away or swung herself to safety out of the fire pit as the ropes  snapped, she was rescued by her friends or saved by her captors who had  something else in store for her, or she was saved by different captors  who were at odds with the first group of captors... Whatever the case  may be the roaster did not toast her and the malefactors that trapped  her did not dispatch her ext. Also her feet are fine too. Other than  that choose your own adventure!     

Lol. Its always a pleasure  to work with Pomegrenade's pieces. I remember coloring the last one like  it was yesterday but somehow nine months have gone by and I was long  overdue to make another. I dont recall how many we have done so far but  theres at least a dozen left to go so expect more bondage tarot cards in  the future.
