Here I am again the 4th of the month writing this.

Some good news we have here related to the game and overall life stuff!

Let's start

Spookies! I started coding the skeletons. I don't know how will they behave, but I like them running and chasing the players like a fast enemy that can catch you.

They are dumb dumbs, still don't attack, might be a good idea to make variants that have weapons or armor bits...

What more? well, mainly coding stuff, more story stuff and level design.

To be honest I feel like I don't work too much on that part because it's not too interesting to show. This month I will be working on that front also, but might get some assets too.

And well, Last month my producer and me just launched the demo on steam and itch.io!

I had some bad issues at the start, but we quickly fixed them. When I was debugging I fixed some minor stuff, but a big game crashing bug came out of left field. yoyogames changed the way a function worked, and I was using it in a way that made it incompatible, pretty quick fix but very annoying having a big game crashing bug like that :_(

Well then. This month seems like a small update but lots of things happened so it didnt really feel like I was wasting my time and money.

Also pretty big stuff on my day job that probably will help me!

I got a promotion and will be working full time on there with an indefinite contract and secure position. monday to friday, we will see if its mornings or afternoons but will give me time to dev still, and more money so maybe i could pick up somebody to help me developing assets!

I will know what position and all that stuff the 23rd of this month so in the meantime I will be working on the main story plot-line and level design.
