To expand a little bit on the only asset her country has, "Electrum", Its a mineral capable of storing energy (like batteries) so her nation is the most advanced of the human race. And has basically taken on her duty to make every home have the commodities electricity can give. (even on her enemy countries) yet she maintains the true military power of this tech to her nation only. Can't afford giving more militar power to the Emperor.
