It can be so easy to become distant from the stuff you make and the people who support you. At the end of the day, you're just a person sat at a computer or in a booth. VA-ing can be a very isolated job. You're essentially just this person working alone, spending most of the day alone, so it can be so important to actually engage with the people who make your job possible.
