Probably my assuming mind doesn't know better, but I could never let folks into my space to help me. It isn't burden (or I guess it is) that doesn't concern me, but it's the matter of how you can trust somebody. Idk my dad just tells me to "take care of yourself, cus people won't do it for you" kinda deal even when it's okay to ask for help sometimes.

Amazing how we think we’re all alone believing these silly lies about ourselves… But we’re not. It sucks this is such a common thought but it’s good to remember we’re *not* alone. (Which hopefully makes things better for us all). 🙏🏻
