❤️ Gratitude List: ❤️

  • I’m grateful to have a loving and supportive family
  • I’m grateful for my job that allows me so many freedoms, opportunities and luxuries
  • I’m grateful for my wonderful dog Mishka
  • I’m grateful for my health and the ability to move around freely
  • I’m grateful for my wonderful friends
  • I’m grateful for my wonderful counsellor
  • I’m grateful for the opportunity to process and heal from my trauma
  • I’m grateful for pizza, pasta and all things covered in chocolate

The things we take granted are often the things we need to cherish the most. I've had my ups and downs like anyone else, but there is a lot I have to be grateful for. Practicing gratefulness can be a mindful and essential part of our mental health maintenance. 

Give it a shot. There might be more to write down than we first think.

*I'm thankful for my family and how they help in their own ways way. *I'm thankful for my pets and the way they keep me occupied and entertainment they provide. *I'm thankful for my tech gadgets and the entertainment and ability to keep me connected to everyone old and new I know. *I'm thankful for my house I'm living in and hide out physically from everyone. *I'm thankful for the great communities I've been joining lately they all seem comfy but entertaining lol *Lastly Happy Valentine's day everybody❣️
