People hate the unskippale, and irrelevant ads. I use it to watch gaming and movie content yet it chooses everything but those two things to try and sell me stuff.

Nah I hate youtube Ads no matter what. I hate having to navigate the screen to skip the ad every time it comes up while I'm watching a video and it makes me not want to watch the video anymore. Yeah there's youtube kids but it shouldn't be their job what kids watch on there.

YouTube Kids was a moronic idea in of itself. YouTube has never been for kids, nor should it be. There's videos from 10+ years ago that exist on the platform that no kid should ever see. They shouldn't regulate these things, let alone by suddenly changing content policies. It's genuinely stupid and part of why content creators as a whole are getting fucked over regardless of what platform they're on. No one should have to be afraid to go live on twitch and fear that song requests, which used to be a staple for Livestreams, will randomly get their channel banned. Nor should they worry about if they're gonna get CG/Copyright striked over god forbid billionaire company XXX not be a part of a small channel video. Content creators are getting fucked over constantly by these things and I hate it. There's no more "You" in YouTube. It's all about the stupid corporates these days, and we all have to suffer as a result, thanks to the creators now being put in fear of the algorithms cancelling them, bringing their quality far down.

It's also now posting ads on peoples content that don't even meet monistation levels or standards, as in YouTube: "your content is our content there for regardless if we are paying you or not we will use your content to make us money"
