2. Emotions, situations, and circumstances DO and WILL change. You will not feel like this forever, you will not be in the same situation forever, and with work, your circumstances will change. 

3. You are in control of what you put out into the world. You could make someone or even many people very happy - including, but not limited to, yourself and your loved ones.  

4. Right now is the best time in human history to be alive. We have more freedoms, rights and opportunities than ever before! 

5. We have more entertainment available to us than we could ever possibly consume. That's millions and millions of TV shows, movies, comic books, fanfictions, memes, YouTube videos, and much more, all for us to gorge on and never run out of things to marvel at. 

6. You have the potential to be proud of yourself.  

7. Other people have felt as lost as you. You are never alone in your negative feelings. You are never a freak.    

8. By not giving up you are encouraging other people to do the same. 

9. We can get food delivered to our doorsteps. 

10. If there's no point in anything then we might as well make the best of it.  

P.S. This probably means very little, but I really don't want you to give up. Whoever you are, whatever your circumstances, I don't want you to hide away and think that you don't deserve a good life. You do. Try your best and take comfort in knowing that you did what you could.
