So, of course, it’s upload day and storm Gareth decides to be a thing - no internet (besides my phone) and absolutely no fit recording conditions in sight!

I truly am so sorry for the inconvenience, Teacups. This is why getting the studio finished and moving into my house is so crucial. It means I can record whenever and without interference.

Please bear with me. I will get something to you as soon as it blows over.

Love,

Tea x

Your audios are always worth the wait, had it pretty bad here in Ireland last night, couldn’t sleep because the storm is so loud so I went and found your 4 part Nurse GF audios, somehow I still keep finding stuff I haven’t listened to yet....then I couldn’t fall asleep because I got invested in the seris😁

On one hand, I love storms because the smell and sounds are really relaxing. But on the other hand, shit like this happens... Guess I'll wait.

That's alright tea just be safe

On a side note, a young couple weathering out a hurricane or storm would make a nice audio. Anyways hope you and your family stay safe.

Don't stress about it.Its worth tve wait.

I, for one, am both upset and personally offended by your inability to control large storm systems with the power of your mind. For shame, Tea ;)

There's so much wind. :(

Yeah! I clued in much earlier though when I noticed her British English spelling and lingo (-ise versus -ize, etc., and the ever popular expression "BUGGER OFF!!!") 😂😂

I think i know what you mean: during a storm the air smells "fresh", sometimes almost sweet as vanilla. The wind howling and gushing and blowing through the trees, dancing with the branches... For me nothing beats the smell of grass after a rainstorm. That earthy, mossy scent. The silence because almost nobody is outside and cars were parked in a safe, dry spot. It's those precious little moments in life that are giving me strength and energy.

Storms are like Casanova: they lay down every other tree they come across like there's no tomorrow. Tend to storm in through your garden door making a greater mess than that whirlwind of your's neighbours' child and knocking your lights out like that last glass of whiskey. ... i kinda like storms :-) But in all seriousness: i really kind of like storms as long as nobody gets hurt or nothing bad happens. 'Am glad i live in Europe: we have fairly mild winters and almost no "real" Tornadoes. Don't worry Tea, we're fine. Such things happen as they will certainly do during your move. Life's little challenges... Take care and all my best for you.
