[Important] Info about access to your reward (Patreon)

Hi all ;)

I had never paid attention but on Patreon you can see the (anonymous) feedback of the members who unfortunately leave me.

I reassure you it is anonymous, there is neither the name or the email of the person, there is just his feedback for which reason he had to leave my Patreon, so I don't even know who it is ^^

I noticed that very often it was these 2 comments that came up the most: 

• It was too hard to find or access my benefits/rewards
• I didn't receive the benefits/rewards described on the creator's Patreon page

I was never aware that some of you don't have access to my content after paying and I'm really sorry about that, but why didn't you contact me? I would have answered you and given you the links to download ;)

Normally when you take a subscription on Patreon, you are automatically redirected on the "membership" page with the rewards links.

Make sure you are in the "membership" tab.

When you click on it you have the possibility to contact me and you have access to the links to download your rewards according to the Tier you have taken:

If it's not your case or if you have a problem to download your rewards don't hesitate to contact me before leaving and ask for a refund ;)

I don't know yet if I have to send a message to explain how it works to each new member who will arrive, but I'll already send a message to everyone privately.
