Not really. A yaoi hole is just a yaoi hole. My argument is largely aesthetic. I think they’re sufficiently androgynous with their clearly feminine bodies that you could ditch the third genitalia. I think in its purest form if you’re going full Futa u gotta ditch the scrotum and essentially make it clitoromegaly only, but who wants to lose the balls?
