Needs Ideas for the Next Scene (Patreon)

Heya all. So in the next sex scene, Mary is going to face fuck Maggie. Mary is going to be very rough as well. Keep that in mind.

My question is, what should Bella be doing? She is going to be in "trouble" with Mary (youll find out why later).

My initial idea is that Mary puts Bella in some sort of "time out". Or tells Bella to get on the floor and Mary stands on her face with 1 foot. Something humiliating.

I cant say I am set on any of these ideas. Would love to hear your thoughts. Also, please dont be offended if I dont/cant do your idea. I am going to pick the best one that I feel fits the situation/tone of the scene. Id like to do something that humiliates Bella if possible.
