Was feeling a bit fraught this evening, so I tried one of my new anti-anxiety pills (Patreon)

I'm a lot calmer now, so that's nice. I'm taking a couple mental health days and just gaming while I have Game Pass, although I wouldn't be adverse to any new commissions. I've got one slot left open this month and plenty to write next month, tho I plan on making as many strides as I can on my novel. But mostly just gonna take it easy, do some light exercise, try to build some better patterns.
