Added a new little inducement to the 15-dollar tier (Patreon)

It used to be a ten dollar pledge got you a story that was anywhere from one thousand words to two thousand words. Now it'll be one thousand words to one thousand five hundred words (which has been enough for most prompt fics I've been doing), and if you go five dollars more to a fifteen dollar pledge, that fic reward will be one thousand five hundreds words minimum to two thousand words maximum.
