Echoes from Elsewhere

Y'all are really into Agamben recently. Myself, I've been reading Jean-Luc Nancy. There's a book by Agamben, he wrote in response to Nancy's The Inoperative Community, called The Coming Community. I was wondering if you had read it and what your thoughts were.

I wrote a paper on Nancy's book as an undergrad. It's a hard text, and I recommended it Adam a while back. IT would be worth looking at that sometime in conjunction with Bataille.

Interesting. Yeah Nancy is hard. I'm reading his Being Singular Plural rn and it hurts. It's a good pain tho Edit: Nancy with Bataille. Are you thinking of his "Sexistence" or "Corpus"?
