Chief Hardiman - Concept Art (Patreon)

Victor Hardiman--the often weary, always overwhelmed chief of police.  Both of Katsu's initial designs were great, but the proposal on the left fit the tone of the character more. I wanted Hardfiman to look like the years have taken their toll on him, and the slouched, tired appearance with unkept attire seemed to nail that better. Plus, the design on the left gives him an older look, which was essential to the character.
