Whereas Mora is reserved in revealing her emotions, Siyo is much quicker to express amusement, anger, or outright disgust.

Siyo has several unique stylistic details, including two white streaks in her jet black hair and several hair adornments. Most noticeably, unlike the other girls at Sumter Academy, Siyo wears shorts beneath her skirt.

Of course, Siyo's primary "accessory" is her yo-yo. An earlier version with an alternate design can be seen here. We ultimately went with a circular pattern on the yo-yo's sidings -- this is a blatant tribute to the Japanese "Sukeban Deka" series. Sukeban Deka follows the adventures of a delinquent school girl who joins the police and goes undercover in high schools to investigate criminal activity. Her weapon of choice is a metal yo-yo.
