Mora Halterin - Concept Art (Patreon)

If there's only one word to describe Mora it's "haughty". She parades an attitude of superiority and won't hide her contempt for anything inferior to her standards. 

It was important that Mora possessed more than just the typical 'spoiled rich girl' look -- she also needed to have an air of aristocracy about her. Even her attire differs slightly from the other Sumter students. While there's only so much "uniqueness" one can have in a school uniform, Mora wears stockings and fancier shoes (with heels) to showcase her personal style. 

Mora has some slight curls in her hair, this was a deliberate homage to the 'ojou ringlet' hairstyle -- usually a mainstay of pompous rich girls in many anime/manga titles. We toned it down quite a bit, opting not to make her hair too cartoonish.

I have to hand it to CarlesS, he really did an excellent job on Mora's conceptual designs. Her various expressions, poses, and body language here offer a none-too subtle hint of her elitist personality.
