Chapter 16, Page 40 Layout Sketch (Patreon)

Page 40 changed quite a bit between the initial 'layout' and 'finished' stages, as can be seen above, mostly to accommodate the dialogue.

Also, below are some WIP images of Page 39 -- it really shows the evolution of a  scene as Salaiix works on it. We went through a lot of versions with this one, specifically the incidents involving the two girls at Sumter Academy. At first, additional panels were going to shown (and with different angles), but I liked the less-is-more approach to this sequence.
