"Building Blitz" Script (Patreon)

Of all the Danger Zone One chapters so far, Building Blitz may have gone through the most changes between original script and finished page. There were a number of dialogue edits, a few character alterations, at least one name change, and a handful of last minute rewrites.

It was great working with Tanabata Usagi on this chapter,  who added many of her own touches to the story. She draws extremely fast, which made it easy to implement  last-second changes without issue. The original script was only 24 pages but we ended up extending numerous scenes, bringing the finished chapter to 36 pages. The fight between Madison and Yakov was originally much shorter,  Zeke/Shaya's scenes were equally brief, and there was considerably less fan service in the initial draft. I really wanted to show Yakov as a much more formidable foe, so his fight with Madison gained extra pages, and we added in a bit more with Zeke/Shaya to show just how dangerous the effects of Afterlife are.
