Here's Irene Soren, our first character reveal for the Danger Zone One visual novel! Irene will also be appearing in an upcoming chapter of the comic.

Character Description: Originally from Silica City, Irene Soren has always had a fascination with cutting-edge technology. Her lifelong passion for tech and computers has led to employment with several corporations as lead engineer and executive level technical support. Finding these jobs unfulfilling and lacking “excitement” Irene eventually pursued a career with the Pallad City Police Department, using her analytical skills to combat cyber crime. Though she's not anywhere close to being a Netraver (elite hacker), Irene's talents in her field are varied, whether it's deciphering encrypted data, analyzing tech used in a crime, or assisting on-site investigations. In a world where technology influences every facet of society, individuals like Irene are an invaluable resource to the PCPD. Irene's work as a Cyber Crime analyst mostly keeps her in “The Crypt” (a nickname for the lowest sublevel of the Pallad City Police Department) where the Central Database is located. She has a particular fondness for The Crypt—where she's often free to work without a superior hovering over her shoulder.
