Short Bio: Holly Haxan is the leader of the most notorious gang in Pallad City, the Neon Knights. Holly's talent with bladed weapons are only matched by her skill atop the Grand Grimore, her custom motorcycle. This has earned her the title, "The Wheeled Witch".
