The Perils of Pantyhose in the Jungle (6 of 7) (Patreon)

“I’m pretty sure we’re in the uncharted section of the jungle now, there’s an adventure out here, I just know it” you say confidently to your mom as she smiles back and replies “Lead the way sweetie” half an hour passes and your spirits dampen slightly, you don’t want to admit it to your mom but you’re just walking around blindly here, hoping that some mystery presents itself. Not to mention how hot and sweaty you’re becoming, both you and your mom are glistening with sweat, your forehead, your slender arms, your exposed cleavage and soft stomach, each have taken on moist glow from the beads of perspiration, your whole body becoming as glossy and sleek as your pantyhose. You can tell your mom is tiring but she doesn’t want to say anything, wanting to believe in her little girl and not undermine her again. You can feel that she wants to be proud of you, wants to see the evidence of your detective skills that you’re always going on about. But so far all you’ve managed to do is get her lost in the jungle, the two of you being worn down in your impractical feminine attire.

Jungle perils are some of my all time favorite from the classic pulp era. Additionally I blame Sierra games Leisure Suit Larry 3, specifically Passionate Patti, for inspiration in this sequence. Last year, I commissioned a story from Markus Jones exploring jungle themes I enjoyed, featuring Emily Lockwood and her mother, Lynda. The story was an extension or "what if" path from the CYOA Deadly Horizons (in the Tanzania location), which was the (unexpected) surprise return of Emily Lockwood after a three year hiatus. The following renders were created by me inspired by the extended story they wrote for me. I hope you enjoy the excerpt text and the images!
