Dev Update: Team VS grows! And yet another exclusive Lovense discount. (Patreon)

Hey! Unusual announcement for you guys today.
I’ve always maintained that adding more members to the team would severely slow the project down. This game was initially built on a more hobbyist level with very non-traditional methods, namely the way it’s coded (purely a form of unity visual scripting). The main issue with bringing in more team members has always been that they would effectively have to re-learn their entire programming methodology and effectively adapt to the insanity I have going on.
In practically every case, this would cost me an unreasonable amount of time I can’t afford to waste on someone who would be at risk of leaving anyways. NSFW games industry doesn’t have the most loyal workers, especially online; not everyone can handle working on porn for years at a time.
Anyways. Somehow, I’m going to be bringing in a new member to team VS!
Vector Vortex has been thoroughly testing and feedbacking the game for a year straight; honestly, if it wasn’t for him being around in the tester channel, you would’ve run into countless more bugs.
He recently showed interest in helping out more deeply with the game; I tested him by making him learn my methods, and he figured out a whole lot in very little time. His in-depth knowledge of the game’s inner workings from a year+ of testing have made him the perfect fit to figure this out.
We’ve also been good friends for a while, and coincidentally he is also local to me, making it way easier for us to work together. I’ve always wanted to be sure I could stick to game development itself, and not people-managing. My hopes have never been to create a big studio creating high profile high scope projects, so being able to just work with a friend that understands the work thoroughly is a great boon.
His focus is on debugging and troubleshooting. While I have had to cut a lot of corners to keep up with the Patreon release format, his job will be to dig more in-depth into bugs and jank code. Once we’re done cleaning up the clusterfuck I’ve created over the last couple years, this should free me up creatively and allow me to focus more energy on what made this game what it is.
Here’s the uh, welcome message he decided to write:
Hi.
I can assure you all that this new position will enable me to torture SuccuDev far more than I ever could as a tester. You're welcome.
Additionally, Lovense was happy with the results of our previous affiliate discount campaigns and offered us another discount for black friday! So if you missed the previous sales that were done for 0.34, now’s your chance!

And just to update you guys, the code clean up is progressing along well, especially with Vector’s help. It’s also as expected introducing a lot of bugs we’re having to handle, but it should be no issue to resolve. I hope to be able to return to making content as fast as I can.
