Edit: Stable2 uploaded to fix a bug with silent mode causing AI lockups.

Edit2: Stable3 uploaded with the following changelog, this should be the last 0.03 build.

• Fixed some counted task repetition issues.
• Tweaked balance on angry/unhappy mood state punishment likelihood, to compensate for the difficulty changes in 0.03
• Disabled a clothing set due to some pretty bad clipping/visual issues.
• Fixed a bug that was causing eyes to not be static during hypnosis tasks
• ''Angry'' visual effect should now render above her hair
• Increased the effect ''Decline'' and ''Failed''  have on unlocking punishments
• Fixed a bug that was making it much harder than intended to unlock punishments
