- I also think at this point, that RIKU and JUNGMIN are the trainees most likely to debut. They've been very consistent and the directors love them too. (And I love them both as well! I will riot if they don't debut!! 😂) 💚💯 Tbh, I'm okay with anyone for the remaining spots. It's hard to choose I love them all already. 😭 I know I'm being biased but I can't help it. I'm attached already. 😂 - At first, I'm actually contented with having just Jungmin and Minjae as the possible main vocalists for the new group. They're very strong. The lead vocalists - Sion and Yushi were also very stable. Ryu and Ryo are decent and has lots of potential. But seeing how SM really wants to have more vocalists trainees really for me it just shows how high their standards when it comes to vocals. And also, a lot of the songs they produce really requires skilled vocalists so it's understandable to add more vocalists on the show they needed that. - SM the audacity! Haha (kidding!) this was like the first time I saw someone to cover a TVXQ song in a show like this. And other songs they pick was also super hard. Wow, they really trust their trainees. I hope the trainees delivers tho. I'm looking forward! 🙏🏻 - With JUNGMIN being an extrovert, I can see him as like Jungwoo. HAHA remember when Jungwoo was super shy and awkward during their early days? Now look at him he's like the funniest member out of the group. 😂💚 Jungmin just needs to loosen up and adjust well. It's still a competition so he's still very like cautious and shy. - Perfomance wise, I also agree LUCIFER is indeed more polished and stable. The U perfomance was more fun and energetic and seems like it transmit very well with the judges. - I don't know I can't pick I like both HAHAHA but definitely the stage presence and facial expressions needs to be improve.

I think when they say more vocalist they mean trainees who can sing sing like can hit those high notes perfectly. So far only jungmin and minjae are able to do that and it can be kinda exhausting to just be relying on them for all the high note singing bits, that's why jungmin was having a hard time. Plus it's an sm group. There's is always minimum 2 main vocalist in group. Also I think its a bit too much to hv the trainees do put your head down/WHY by tvxq cause this is a really really hard song to do. There's a reason noone has ever covered it vocally. The vocals in this song are definitely for those who hv experience or who are comfortable getting there. I hvnt heard Daeyoung yet so maybe he will. Not to mention doing that high intense choreo during all of it. So my heart goes them and I'm hoping for the best for them Otherwise from that, I'm really enjoying the show. Riku amd jungmin are definitely my top. But good thing it isn't the public voting cause it would've been a mess choosing the other 2😊

Also, I feel like RIKU has the potential to be the center of this new unit. I can see SION as the leader and YUSHI as main dancer.

Hey Jeff! Are you going to be reacting to the NCT Nation concert?

EXO Japanese discography is good! CBX also have 2 Japanese albums. They have love me right in jp ver. Other notable ones are coming over, drop that and run this. You heard these song already with your live concert reactions. Personal favorite of mine are Cosmic Railway and Bird

I'm so attached to them now, especially Jungmin and Riku. As you metioned, both of them already have the aura for debuting. The songs for their upcoming mission are very difficult song. For TVXQ-Why, the energy + stage presence present by the duo very impactful. Its intrigued me on how well would they expressed it. I think it was quite makes sense when they gave them TVXQ song, as Tohoshinki aka TVXQ in Japanese, are very popular group in Japan up until now. Can't wait for next episode. Thank you for the video Jeff.

The only time I saw a TVXQ song other than mirotic in this kind of survival shows was during Road to Kingdom, when TO1 (formerly TOO) did rising sun, thought there is a huge difference between that one and why - rising sun was released when TVXQ was still a five member group. Anyway, looking forward to the performance. Thanks for the reaction!

Whenever you compliment tall dancers it genuinely makes me happy because I'm also super tall (almost 6 foot, as a girl) so I understand how awkward it can be to move in a long body and match people. Coordination can be hard. Shoutout to The Boyz' Juyeon, to ZB1's Gunwook, to Ateez's Yunho, and all the other phenomenal tall dancers. Their knees may ache from constantly squatting down to match the other members but man, when they get the center, they GET the center. That's the one benefit I can think of for tall dancers, they have a way to naturally draw attention due to their height and if they know how to make their movements look powerful or even more elongated it's almost impossible to beat how impressive that is in uniform group choreo. That's also why (side note) if Gyuvin from ZB1 ever strengthened his core strength and worked on polishing a few things I think he'd make a very unique and eye-catching dancer. I think he has a lot of potential to grow and I think his proportions and small face can truly be an asset for him standing out.

Looking forward to Keep Your Head Down. How would these rookies who haven't even debuted express the emotional intensity as well as the sense of majesty in their attitude. TVXQ can do it because they were literally the kings of kpop at that time already. I also agree with you that they really need more facial expressions.
