For your next ZB1 video (if you do one) then please watch Idol Radio with them! It’s hosted by Ateez Hongjoong and Yunho and when I tell you I literally cried from laughter I’m being so serious. Just watch it from the zb1 subs (they have a twitter account with links and a YouTube account) because the one posted on the idol radio official YouTube channel has subs that are delayed and not fully accurate. It’s genuinely top 3 funniest videos ZB1 has ever put out and seeing Hao’s requests during one of the segments was genuinely so wild 😭

Zhang Hao’s natural voice is a lot more resonant and round based on a lot of his pre debut videos/natural tendencies when he sings casually. I think their producers have been asking him to thin out his voice a little bit to be closer to the kpop sound and match the other members. I feel like even taeraes voice is a bit different for recordings too

i have a theory that hao has had at least some classical voice training (amongst all the classes he's taken) back in his college days. this would explain his method of singing, hence the roundness and solid fullness to his tone, and his supported range being quite broad. his raw vocals has more depth and resonance to it, which i think kind of gets lost in the mixing and editing of their songs to fit the ideal sound. but it can also be a choice for him to sing in a more pop-y way since most kpop songs are made in favour of high notes. regardless, i think the studio recorded version of his voice does not do his raw vocals any justice.

Just to give an overview about the format of this show: Every week on Amazing Saturday, a food market from South Korea is featured and 3 delicacies within it are selected as its representatives. The cast members and guests have to win dictation games based on song lyrics to be able to enjoy the food. There will be a dressing theme concept for the cast and guest(s) to follow for the filming of each episode. (I just copied it from a source so I can explain it properly 😂) - Also, they usually only have like up to 3 guests per episode. There were some exemptions though. Some attended this show with their whole group and or with more than 3 members. (e.g. SNSD, SVT, etc. - these were fun episodes too! ) ❤

ahh amazing saturday is one of my favourite variety shows but it's definitely way funnier if you understand korean so i get your confusion haha it becomes easier to follow after a couple of episodes tho! i wasn't a huge fan at first either i was just watching it for key but now it's become something i anticipate every week :)) really enjoyed this reaction!

I loved this episode! It was so funny they are doing really good at variety shows and the chemistry is off the charts, amasat is one of my fav variety shows, my favorite episode is 261, SVT episode it’s so so funny they appeared so many times but this one is just amazing if you want seventeen content I recommend this one :)
