Is this Kpop's Dancing with the Stars?? LOL Which is your favourite performance??

PS. I am not an expert in any of the genres used. I have done partner-work before but not at a competitive level. My reviews are based on what I have learned and what have been exposed to.

I know nothing about dance sports or ballroom but I guess all those years watching so you think you can dance helps cause i notice everything you've point out! Hahaha. My standards are too high as I'm used to watching jenna, chelsea, whitney, dmitri, pasha, kiki to name a few🤣🤣🤣. My fav from this performance def is from the last one, xiaoting

Love the reaction as always. I think when it comes to experience in this genre of dance, I think most of the idols that competed have no formal training or experience in Dance Sports or Ballroom dancing except for Xiaoting who does. This could explain any lack of technique, skill, or dynamics in some of their performances. Also, I believe they had about a month to practice their whole routine and many of them were probably really nervous, but overall, I loved watching this portion of ISAC.

When it's come to boys, Intak was my favorite, followed by Donghan. I didn't knew Intak since i'm not into P1HARMONY's music. I actually discovered him with this, his fancam was on my tl and he totally got me, I fell for him so I asked for his name. He was sooo good. Jaechan was great especially since dance isn't his forte normally (his position isn't dancer). Also when he used a cane, it's a wink to the choreography of LUPIN (his group's song whe they were still under the name of DONGKIZ) I'm not sure if you knew so just little fact : Donghan was in JBJ before with Noh Taehyun For the girls, my ranking is Xiaoting > Tsuki > Eunbi. Xiaoting a total pro everyone was waiting for this honestly. Tsuki, you talked about her facial expression etc, she was a member of a Jpop group before so her facial expressions are always 10/10 because idols in Jpop are really good when it's come to entertaining and facials expressions. Tsuki actually went viral for this with her fancam of GingaMingaYo (the view of her fancam are so high). For Eunbi, I have no idea if she did ballet, all I know it's the fact she was in a dance crew before. And you are right with Sullyon's heels, the shoes and the heels aren't it, I think she would have done better with a better pair of shoes.

ahh that makes sense. i applaud them for doing this tho! takes bravery! 3 weeks is good enough to get some of the basics and of course learn the routine but ya. normally for these kinda technical genres, one is recommended to have ballet training too to get the posture and all.

Eventhough everyone knows that Xiaoting is a pro in ballroom and has won many competitions, I have to note that her last performance in this genre was about 6 years ago. And in ISAC she performed Latin dance, which is quite different from ballroom in techniques (especially in the style, how to use your feet, how you interact with your dance partner). She also showed her dedication by putting palm oil on her body (show off muscles) and presenting a full updo hairstyles (so your partner doesn’t get slap on the face due to your hair flying around).

My favorite performances were Xiaoting's, Intak's and Tsuki's. like they were so good and Idk if you knew but the winners were Xiaoting for women and Intak for men, which is so deserved

Xiaoting's partner and Intak's partner are partners in the dance sports scene ^_^. Xiaoting was a pro in ballroom but Xiaoting was trained and entered competitions in standard (used to be called modern) ballroom, she did learn the basics of latin ballroom.

Poor Sullyoon, she cried after the result was announced. It was so upsetting imagine you could not do your best because of the shoes and audience would never know. And you have to hold it. Please do more reaction no Nmixx. They are such a group and have amazing vocal.
