I had to stop while listening to Miracle because like you, I was also surprised when the song shifted after having the track video on repeat and I think Earthquake still has to grow on me. In love with Ten’s vocals in this whole album 💚💚💚 also Kun’s first few lines in Miracle to me sounded really like Jungwoo’s voice

About 'Beautiful', the song has already been made since their pre-debut time but havent been able to be released. And Taeyong did mention in MV's behind the scene video that he actually kept begging so that the song finally became their whole nct song.

It's exactly like you said. Before NCT I didn't really listen to rap songs, but it's amazing how my two favorite songs in this album are rap heavy songs, OK! and New Axis. I really enjoy listening to these songs.

Some people don't like easy listening songs though, so even if they are not your taste that's okay. Like I like pretty much all kinds of music once well done/ well sung. I'm a sucker for vocals. So sometimes when a song is catchy but the vocals are kinda meh, then that's when I may not like the song ( like if the vocals sound screechy). I lean more to hip hop/rnb sensibilities myself but I do like the whole album as a whole especially it is so rap/ hip hop heavy in the beginning. Also maybe cause when I listen like I automatically see it like a concert for some reason. Like the songs you find meh, I just see them as crowd interaction songs for me and those visuals play in my head and It makes me smile.
