Thank you to my friend who provided me a copy of this footage! Such an amazing choreography! I heard Taemin has plans on getting this out there so I may upload it on my channel if that happens (if it doesn't get blocked anyway). So I guess this can be like an early access kind of thing.

JEFF THIS SONG IS FROM ACT 1 !!! And this performance was undeniably beautiful, the amount for times I've wanted to shed tears, also, Taemin during an interview with Vogue, described this performance as being lyrical hip hop.

Never clicked so fast in my life for a Patreon content haha As far as i know, Taemin doesn't have any formal training in ballet or any other type of dance, he is a self taught dancer, at least until he started his training in SM. That is one of the reasons (at least for me) why he is so amazing, he is able to stand besides so many other idols who do has formal training and still being considered one of the best dancers in the industry. I have so much respect for him, he is a so hard working person, i love him and all his artistry enormously. The all concert was pure art, im gonna miss him SOO much!!! 💚💚

Jeff , this song is from Never Gonna Dance Again : Act 1 :) , i watched the whole Beyond Live concert and it was just magical , i cried and laughed and it felt like every single emotion imaginable was conveyed through Taemin and his art , rightfully so he is recognized as one of the best dancers in the industry , for me he is a world class performance artist , untouchable talent

Taemin did say in the after-concert vlive that he didn’t have any training of this dance style but he tried hard to express himself with it. Love the fact that he is always learning, pushing boundaries and humble.

Omggggggggg I never expected this reaction! I was clapping throughout the reaction so hard that my palms now are red !! U made me so happy. For me TAEMIN and JIMIN are the artists who can’t be copied, there is a lot of great dancers as well as singers ,performers and there always will be someone better at something, but when u are so unique , that others get influenced by u , then u are greatest out of all.( I mean I love so many idols but for this two they already are art in their own unique way)

this performance was amazing. taemins artistry and talent is out of this world. bigger than a genre. he is a top tier performer and no one is or can be like him. just me and you actually became one of my favorite songs after this vcr😭 the fact that he self taught himself this style of dance is amazing. like I said, no one is doing it like him👌🤚

Love your reaction 😊❤️ I was so happy, and almost got teary-eyed by this performance. Was so drawn in! Taemin has been my favorite dancer since I discovered K-pop. Dance lead me into kpop, and Taemin was the first one to ever catch my eyes. And he still AMAZES me and mesmerize me with the way he moves and what he emotes. Do agree about the pointed toed though 😉 Random unnecessary comment: I loved using Jazz shoes 😜 (Danced Jazz ballet for 7 years)

I'm so happy I have a chance to see it here. I was not able to see the beyond live and only got a chance to see it once on youtube before SM took it down... Would anybody having the footage be willing to share it with me ? I love it so damn much. I was trained in jazz for 10 years and this pulls my heart strings <3

I think it was filmed before his NGDA tour last year, which means more than a year ago. When 2kids was filmed.

You should really check out Taemin’s live performance of “RISE” during his sirius tour. he isn’t dancing in that performance but one of his japanese dance crew members who he’s really close with, his name is Santa and honestly that performance feels like a prologue to this one
